popup doesn’t appear

    Hello,

    I work on local and I created a popup, it works perfectly when I am in test mode but as soon as I disable it the popup doesn’t appear. Display rules is on page type -> all pages and the cookies on 0, I don’t understand what I’ve missed, is it because I’m on local?
