What WordPress version is your setup?
What’s PHP version?
What version of Elementor is active?
What version of Elementor Templater is active?
And What other plugins are active?

If you go to Elementor >> System Info – you’ll be able to see what PHP version is running on your server.
Also make sure that the Elementor Templater version is correct further down that page – the current version is 1.0.8
Deactivate all plugins except Elementor and Elementor Templater and then check if you able to save the template.

OK that looks fine to me.
I’ve just checked the theme and it’s not the issue…….can you confirm if you able to save the theme’s full width template?
And have you tried with all other plugins deactivated?
YES I checked I CAN save the theme’s full width template?

With regard to the issue with WP Speed of Light you’ll need to take that up with that plugin’s author for a solution. I’d think there’s an option on what styles are being concatenated and which are excluded.
As for the post teplpates, the sctipt in the plugin is not needed for WordPress 4.7+ and is only in the plugin for backward compatibility. Your theme/child theme needs to have the custom post templates in it for them to show up on the editor screen.

Elementos is excellent the only problem I have had many times is the same issue when trying to save the process bar falls asleep and it never saves, the save button just circles all the time and it woest day anything just stops. And this issue takes a lot off time of your work and kills your patience, If you where able to fix the problem Elemetor is the best free plugin.
