user profile permalinks

Hello,

i’m using the ultimate member plugin on my site
adventwunder.samariterbund.net/adventkalender

everything was working fine until i installed two social-media-sharer plugins today.
now the permalinks to the user profiles are not working.

turning the other plugins on/off hasn’t changed anything.
turning permalinks off, works for ultimate member, but smashes other features.
unfortunately i cannot update the UM plugin because some files were adapted.

do you have a clue what the problem could be?
