Reset password Issue

    Hi Guys,
    Could you help me with this issue?
    When insert new password and password confirmation in reset password page I receive this message “This is not possible for security reasons”. The page doesnt show a validate tips with error message. Just go to another page and shows up this message “This is not possible for security reasons”

    did you click on the email reset link first?

    Yes.
    1- I insert my email.
    2- Receive a reset password email.
    3- I click on reset password button into email
    4- It goes to reset password page.
    5- I insert my new password and confirm that.
    6- I click on reset my password button.
    7- It goes to another page and shows up this message “This is not possible for security reasons”

    Are you trying to change password as admin or user?

    I found the error. I have clicked on email link as admin, and the account was the user.
