Wont Log In

Hi, as previously mentioned by another user, this is a fantastic idea and is brilliantly simple to use.

I am having trouble being able to log in using the passwords. As per my steps below:

All installed fine, created new passwords, visit site on different devices, unable to log in. It appears to briefly load something but does not re-direct to the site.

In the password log it shows that it has successfully logged in.

Any help greatly appreciated.
