Elegant Divi Theme

    Pop up Builder seems to break with Elegant Divi theme. Once a pup is linked to the text using an basic HTML Popup, the page can no longer be edited, ie the page becomes non responsive and the Divi page builder elements to not show. All help greatly appreciated.

    Can you, please, insert the popup on a test page and provide a url so we can see the problem?

    I can verify this issue.

    1) Create a new page

    2) Add popup builder links (I used the hover options)

    3) Publish page

    RESULT:

    a) Page loads properly and you can see the popups
    b) here’s the problem: you can NO LONGER EDIT this page at all
    The editor is broken after adding popup links to the text/html content area of DIVI.
    Edit page is not able to load, nor is any link on the edit page working.

    Dear Tim,

    We have tested some versions of the DIVI on our side and didn’t have the same issue on our side.
    The issue can be caused of many different factors, e.g. javascript error.
    To solve the issue ASAP and make the solution private, it would be better if you contact us directly via the following email address: support@popup-builder.com
    Please, provide the following info via email address:
    1. Your current Popup builder version
    2. Your admin page console data (with screenshots)
    3. Your DIVI version
