Import / Export

Perhaps I am doing things incorrectly, however, I am unable to properly export and import my contacts.

When I create the CSV, the names of my contacts are not uploading when I import the CSV file in Gmail.
Afterward, I find myself manually editing all the names. Am I missing a setting so that the import can include the names, no just the email address?
