Upload/AttachmentProblem Contact Form 7

Hi, I installed contact For 7 with an Upload function. The files got uploaded and where found in the Form 7 folder as it should, but did not get send to the email link provided.
The page should upload/attach files to the email address info@galaxypersonal.de. Here is the form code:

I coould not debug this to send the attachments to the Email – hope someone can help to resolve this.
