Pro features does not work, poor support

    additional features in the pro version don’t not work.

    Posts Slides – it does not show feature images what so ever, and when a specific category ID is selected – it populates posts with no regards to the category filter.

    Title & Description – are messed with HTML tags.

    Support is poor. I opened two support tickets. one here and one through their website. Could not get a solution, message back and forth, despite that the plugin does not work, they decided to hold on the plugin cost of $15 instead of issuing a refund.

    The above mentioned problems were not detected in our side, and @aircut didn’t show us them, while we try to do our best to help,
    Dear @aircut you refuse to contact us by other sources (as your email was denied by gmail and we can not reply to you) So we try to reach you by live chat or facebook, we just want to make a teamviewer connection with you to see the problem, because without showing the problem refund will be impossible.
    We again apologies for the issue, and hope you will contact us if really want the problem to be solved and not just get the money back.
