• I have downloaded the child theme unzipped it, pasted it into my wp-content/themes. now it does not show in appearance/themes which means I can’t activate it. It should show alongside the parent theme and from there ‘create child theme’. Click on the parent ‘Theme details’ does show the ‘create child theme’ button but it leads to the ftp download which in my case of localhost leads now where.
I have just noticed a “Broken theme” Style sheet missing delete

Is there a cure for this please?

What “create child theme” button? How have you created this child theme and from what parent?

Sorry to waste your time, but I have bigger problems right now.
I have just discovered that at ‘New page’ I have no formatting drop down tool bar.
Means I have no way to format any text! The video tutorial suggests installing page builder, could that be the problem?
Do you want me to move this to another area?

You seem to be following tutorials assuming that I know what you’re doing. 🙂
