If you are not receiving registration notification emails, activation, psw resets, etc, after updating UM, then it’s not a problem at this end.
But what changed?
Before the update everything worked flawless. After the update people don’t receive registration codes anymore, and we don’t receive any info that people did register.
I’m really worried, because a lot o people have to subscribe to see the content on the website. And we expect the upcoming two weeks many people.
So again… what went wrong and how to fix it? Please help us!
Did you check all your email configuration settings both in the Admin panel and your cPanel? People have updated UM by the hundreds and only you seem to be having this email notification problem.
For all we know, it could be your email server being reconfigured to a new port by your host. Who knows. You can hire a po to take a look at it. But, if you believe this is UM related, then roll back to your older version and don’t update anymore.
