Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘}’ on my login page

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘}’ in /home/verbal/public_html/wp/wp-login.php on line 87

This is the exact error message I receive when I try to go to my login page. This has happened before and a reupload of the file in my ftp seemed to fix it, but it keeps happening. I can’t seem to find any extra ‘}’ on any line 87 –

What am I doing wrong? Is this a bug or something?
