How do I show only the first 3 lines of a post, then more..?

    I am seeking a solution to only show the first 1 – 3 lines of a post with its title. The posts that are currently on the site http://www.caribbeanluxuryvacations.net are showing completely, making the page quite long. How do I paginate the posts?

    Any insights would be appreciated.

    Three options.
    1) When writing, there is a more tag;
    2) Use the_excerpt instead of the_content in your index.php.
    3) Go do wordpress.org/extend/plugins and look for an excerpt plugin of your liking.
