[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Problem with Images Appearing

My website is http://www.karleagleman.com. Here is a reference page for my problem.
When I click on my images they open full size in the same window. How do I get them to open in a fancy box (with “loading” graphic, caption, and option to see full size)? I have been able to do this before. I recently upgraded to 2.6.1 and now it doesn’t do it anymore.
Please help!
