If you use free version of Lightbox, by default it’s able to open image up to 800×600 sizes, in your case the size is 466×463. Please check the image code from the backend, if it has size restriction attributes. if not, then please contact our support on info@huge-it.com to examine this issue, as it looks to be site-specific

I have exactly the same issue, so I bought the pro version… but the problem still persists.
I’ve tried changing the size values, but the actual image stays the same size inside a larger pop up box.
Ideally, I’d like to specify the size of the pop up and have the image fill the area within that lightbox (perhaps with a bit of margin/padding within the lightbox for layout).
Whereas at the moment I specify a larger lightbox and get the same size image (as before I bought the Pro version) with a very large with border around the image in the lightbox.
Would appreciate any pointers.

Don’t select the options “Image Fixed Size” and the image will fill the lightbox
