Cannot upload attachments on iPads

    When creating a ticket on my iPad any image or file I attach does not upload.
    It works fine on my android tablet and phone but iphone and ipad cannot upload. I have tried google chrome and safari.

    This is a major problem because most of our customers use iPhones and iPads. Can we get this fixed asap? I love this plugin and have bought the pro version.
