One.com compatibility

Hi.

I´m having problems of permission on one.com hosting. Is there any compatibility issues with this hosting? When I click in “manage”, i got the information that I have no permission to access this page (http://www.temaswordpressbr.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=duplicator-pro).

Any hint how can I solve this issue?
