@borisv what I’m actually looking for is something similar to the members page but instead of displaying the members it will display the users with the new defined role

I am sorry, what do you mean by “members page”? User profiles? That’s what i thought you meant, especially since you wanted a shortcode to do that function.
If you mean the member directory, you can not add a shortcode to callback user roles.
The easiest thing to do would be to allow users to select a user role at the registration form (e.g. customer, student, etc). Once they fill that out and gets propagated, it can be displayed on the profile card taglines.
Not going further with this since I don’t even know if this is what you want.

I created a new role called Executive.
What I what to do is display something like that for the executive role that I created.
Hope that clarifies it.
