Hi @athlonharley,
The plugin uses WordPress get_site_url() function to grab the domain. If you’re currently using a subdomain the plugin will try to get the original zone used in your cloudflare account.
Can you post the following information of the blog where the spinner cycle doesn’t stop.
– Cloudflare zone
– Domain name
– Domain showed in the plugin
– PHP Error log (when the error happens)
You can post these information to support.cloudflare.com mentioning the post. Then I investigate your problem in more detail.
Thanks
Thanks for the quick response.
Cloudflare Zone is parade.com
Domain Name is communitytable.parade.com
Domain shows active zone as communitytable.parade.com
Ajax response from cloudflare_proxy action
{“result”:[{“name”:”communitytable.parade.com”,”plan”:{“name”:””},”type”:””,”status”:”inactive”}],”result_info”:{“page”:1,”per_page”:20,”total_pages”:1,”count”:12,”total_count”:12},”success”:true,”errors”:[],”messages”:[]}
There are no php errors from this page.
@athlonharley active zone should show “parade.com”. Something is definitely wrong. Do you have “communitytable.parade.com” added as a zone in cloudflare.com/a/overview?
No, there is a zone for communitytable.com but not specifically communitytable.parade.com. The subdomain is set up under the parade.com zone.
