When I add the custom codes, the only thing that isn’t full width yet are the titles.
Any idea what code I need to add?

I am assuming that you are talking about the word CONSUMENTENGEDRAG in that page. Can you please try adding this custom css too:
.page_head .pagetitle_wrap { width: 100%;}

Thank you for the response. Unfortunately it is not what I am talking about. I am talking about the content-part on the page itself. I have added a image to make it more clear about the part that I would like to be full width.
It should work. The web host was having some maintenance. Maybe that caused the 404.
