Read more testimonials not showing

    Using the grid widget on the home page of this site: lesterlaw.com.

    I’ve unchecked the box that says “Hide View More Testimonials Link.” I’ve put a link in the option page. I’ve checked the “Show View More Testimonials Link.” I’m at a loss what else to do.

    Can you help?

    Hey Sdarter!

    Good question! It sounds like you’re doing everything right, from what you say above.

    Do you have caching turned on? If so, you may want to flush the cache and see if that helps. You can do this from within our plugin (if using our internal cache, available in our Settings) or you may want to check any third party caching.

    Do you have any different outcome with a shortcode vs a widget?

    Thanks for getting back to me. The client requested we change to a single rotating testimonial so I wound up not solving the problem. My apologies for not getting back to you – I completely forgot about it.

    I am running on WPEngine but I did flush the cache – both from within the plugin and from the WPEngine settings. I was using the widget. Swamped at the moment but if I get a chance to recreate it and I will.
