Could you please let us know using which email id did you email us using the contact page, so that we can have a check with the same as we do have a policy of replying to each and every support ticket within 24 hours (except weekends).
Further, with regards to the Smart Manager issue, as by default Smart Manager is accessible only by users having ‘administrator’ privileges, there is a possibility that the user account with which you are trying to access Smart Manager does not have proper privileges.
So, would request you to kindly try creating a new user with ‘administrator’ privileges and then have a recheck with the same issue and do let us know your views.

I have administrator privileges and also I tested it with “Shop manager” account so proper rights are not the issue.
Actually creating the third user with admin rights solved the issue. That is very strange.
How can I get my primary admin account to access the Smart Manager page?
I have managed to solve the issue by creating a new admin and then reseting privileges for my primary account trough the new account.
