Wanting to get a certain header look!!

HI,

Really hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I am using Ultimate Beaver Builder as a great aid to creating websites but one of my clients has thrown me a curve ball and asked for a header that they seen on another site.

This is the site they have seen, and like the navigation with the logo in between it. Is there a way to create this as the theme i use right now Generate Press doesnt seem to help me with this function.

Hopefully someone with the knowledge can help me out here.
