I think it will best to post a link to your registration form so that the problem can be closer investigated.

I see that I can’t login but the fact that is in Hebrew makes it more difficult to navigate. I think your configuration is the problem. I am going to go with the basics here:
First check Admin panel => Ultimate Member => Set Up and see if the Login page can be changed to the page you want.
Check htaccess and confirm you have the mod rewrite on.
If you don’t get any changes, add this code to the wp-config.php in root directory and reply back:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);
