slashes after root domain

hey guys me again,

just installed yet another blog at http://open-reviews.org and i’m having another problem. when i go to http://www.open-reviews.com/wp-admin i’m getting another slash between the root domain and the subdir. i know it doesn’t seem like a big deal, but it’s effecting some of my plugins.

secondly wp-o-matic is erroring out 404 when i update the settings as the update button is pointing to http://wp-admin/….. are these two issues related. if not, i’m fine moving the plugin portion of this post to another forum.
