Multipule form

I have several forms on my website and I have tried messing about with the contact forms and it pulls through all the data perfectly.

The problem is when I submit information from a different form the admin panel gives me a choice of database options from the dropdown menu and when I click to view the info it tells me I cannot access this information.

So in summary, I can view all the information that is submitted if it all comes through a single contact form , however if it comes via two separate forms and I need to select one it stops me from passing to the admin panel .
