    Hi,
When my clients enter their address, plug in is not picking up address.

When we enter the same credentials on the DHL Website, we are able to get a shipping quote. Does the premium version allow more flexibility in the way a client enters an address to get a shipping quote?
Currently, Fedex and USPS returns a shipping quote which means the client is entering a valid address but the problem is that the rates are returning much higher than DHL so the client is not likely to order and they don’t know to keep trying different formatting of address until DHL Api picks it up as a valid address and returns it with a real shipping quote.
I have activated the Debug and it shows incorrect City or Postal Code etc, when Fedex and USPS are able to pick up a rate.
Please let me know how I can get it to be more flexible to pick up a shipping quote from DHL.

    Thank you,

    Jean

  • Our DHL plugin is work only with the address which given in the cart/checkout page. The address may be validated in different ways by different APIs.

The rates may not come because of the erratic test servers of DHL. However, the live credentials work fine. I strongly suggest you switch to live mode if you are using test credentials.
