Cannot fix the navigation on the left side

Hey suport team,

I would like to fix a menu on the left side of my landingpage. The menu shows the questions on the page which i will answer (just like in this explanation -> http://elbnetz.com/google-wertet-versteckte-inhalte-in-tabs-und-akkordeons-nicht/). I have downloaded the plugin “Q2W3 Fixed Widget” but I cannot click the point running menu in the widget. For now I only have a fixed menu on the left side. No scrolling menu.

Can you help me?
