• Looking for either a talented amateur or WP pro to get this straightened out before the shopping season is over,

I began using WordPress to build a site I called The Church of Zero, installed in a subdirectory of my main site. It took a while, but finally got it completed. I liked the way it worked in the iOS world so well that I decided to update and migrate my main site to WP as well. I got that site mostly complete, then asked the theme vendor to move the site logiun to the root. He did, and it broke everything.

I now have one original HTML/CSS site, one accessible (but badly broken) WP site and one complete but now completely inaccessible site. The theme vendor has apparently abandoned me, and I have received no answers to my questions on this site about how to fix this.

I can write the pages and posts, but I am a musician, not a site designer, I do not have the background knowledge or skill set to fix this, nor the proper vocabulary to explain what I want or plan (apparently, I think that was was screwed it up in the first place, I used the wrong word and the “fix” broke it all.) I could just start doing this stull myself, but every time O try something, it seems to make it worse, so…

I plan to move the coz site to its own separate location. But I don’t know if that will resolve the issue or not. I have backups of both sites, is there somebody out there that knows what they are doing? Send me a message that says: I can fix your site for $x.00 (after this last fiasco, I want to avoid being burned. I would want this fixed BEFORE I sent the money, my credit rating is over 800…)

    Thanks for any help/ideas, etc.
