Problem with conditional textfield

    hi, i’ve encountered some problems to create conditional text fields. I followed some links and posts about this theme but i don’t found a solution.

    Maybe it’s a different version of plugin because the visual graphic is a bit different.

    I followed the tutorial and I only managed to not bring up the second text field. but when i choose an option on “select options” panel, the second text field (that should appear) doesn’t work…
    any solution?
