Edit Profile and Account don’t work

    Hello,
    a few days ago I noticed the following problems:
    – In the “Account” page (where the [ultimatemember_account] code) is inserted it is no longer possible to change the password. After clicking on “Change Password” this page is reloaded and the function fails.
    – In the “User” (where the code [ultimatemember form_id = 256]) is no longer possible to change anything is inserted. In fact, the url are ever http://www.mydomain.com/name-surname/#. The page reloads and the function fails.

    I tried to do the test of conflict, but have not found the solution.
    The theme installed is DIVI of Elegant Themes (version 3.0.18) and all plugins are properly updated.

    It all worked perfectly, until a few days ago!

    Did you switch to Twentysixteen to do a theme conflict test?

    YES! I’ve tried every conflict test before write on forum! 🙁

    If your install was working perfectly only a few days, then something changed in your server (could be anything).

    This might require looking deep into files and doing a few tests. What seems to be clear is that some of the function hooks that add actions are being suppressed by something.

    You may want to post screenshots and copy and paste the errors you are getting to see if we can get more clues.

    No error messages, only the page reloads.
    I ask: if I delete plugin and then I re-install it, do i lost the settings?
