How to remove dashed lines in template | WordPress.org

I need code to eliminate those lines below the header AND body, AND above the footer widget area)… on all pages. I’ve removed all padding, to no avail. The lines are creating an undesirable white space above the footer.

Try next from Appearance -> Customize -> Styling -> Custom CSS:
```
#comments {
   padding: 0;
   margin: 0;
   border-top: 0 none !important;
}
```

Thanks @jerryscg. The code did eliminate the lines, but not all of the white space below the header and above the footer. It’s clearly a theme issue. I’ll settle… for now.
