Hi, I’ve installed Ultimate Member plugin and it works like a charm, but I would like to know how to (if possible) insert something like a checkbox to Newsletter Plugin subscription (http://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/).

This is not a free UM issue. Customization questions about other WordPress plugins are, for the most part, never discussed on this free UM support board. Please hire a developer to help you with your customization needs.
