Wherever I look, I can’t find a way to get rid of the two widgets (META / ARCHIVES) in the sidebars. Even if they are not present in the settings of widgets, they keep showing up.

How do I increase the lettercast of the title of the page?
Any way of reducing the gap between header and the start of the page/post below?

Hi Filip,

Thank you for using our theme.

Please be informed that this is not a bug. This is simply a default sidebar. If widgets is empty default sidebar is displayed as well.

If you don’t want to have the sidebar, select the full fidth page layout:
