images wont load

    Hi, Im not the most tech savy person on the planet so please be patient. my wifes blog is now growing and has stopped loading all of the images. we have tried resizing and I installed Lazy Load but that made no difference. pls help.

    I see one CSS related errors:

    but neither affects the image missing on the home page.

    Those images are listed as (for example)

    and return a 200 but they don’t appear to be image files. It appears that the Google links are not working for you. How are you inserting images on your site?

    I am only seeing images not displaying on the front page. The other pages of the blog seem to show images.

    The images that are showing on other pages are coming directly from the server. There are even a few on your main page that are displaying, but ALL the images that are not showing are coming from a Googleusercontent server, which is a CDN (Content Delivery Network).

    Hi guys, Ive looked into this a little more and all images show correctly on Chrome but no other browser. images are being inserted using the WP post editor and draged to required size etc from pc. Some of them have been dragged from a shared google pictures account could this be the source of the problem? Im not sure about CDN or what a 200 is im very very new to this.

    Don’t drag from Google. Download the images to your PC then upload as files via “Add Media”

    Ive just searched the Library for the images that are not loading correctly and they are not there. Thanks Steve I will get the wife to re-edit the post removing the images she has inserted and saving them correctly to see if this fixes the issue.
