Anyone know how to add Sonic Memo podcast to WordPress blog

Hi

I have just set up my first WordPress blog.

It is self hosted.

My operating system is Win XP

I would like to add podcasts to my WordPress blog.

I saw this Sonic Memo programme and the programme writer says that Sonic Memo works with WordPress but I cannot find any examples.

Does anyone know anything about this Sonic Memo and is there any examples that I can see?
