Flash making podcast rss feed invalid

hi all,
trying out kimli’s flash embed, works fine but the rss feed for my podcasts gets hung up on the code for the video files:

not sure why it’s happening, wrote to kimli dev as well with no response…

does anyone have any idea why the flash tags would be throwing the rss validator when CDATA is supposed to shield the rss validator from them?
