Hi,
thank’s for quick reply!
This issue appear when I’m logged in, I don’t use a shortcode to export the data but directly into the plugin in “contact form DB”.
You can see here: http://www.lenergia.eu/lenergia-export_01.jpg
Thank’s!
I’m having the same problem:
– I can see my form data in the admin console
– I can export to HTML
– ANY other format (XLS, etc.) gives a Server 500 error
Please advise as getting this data in a usable format is critical.
The 500 error could be caused by any number of things. There could be other plugins injecting invalid text before CFDB can write the HTTP headers on that response. I suggest try temporarily deactivating other plugins to see if one is causing a problem. If you have DEBUG on, see if you are getting anything in your logs. Then turn that off so that DEBUG isn’t generating any text and try again.

Hi Michael,
any ideas for my issue?
I’ve seen that the plugin export correctly in HTML, JSON, Excel CSV for Japanese, Plain CSV, Excel TSV, Excel CSV and Excel Internet Query, but not in Excel .xlsx and OpenDocument .ods.
Unfortunately my customer needs to export in Excel .xlsx and when I try to export the plugin answer with a “file not found” page.
If for you is ok, I can give you the admin credentials.
Let me know if you can check!
Thank you.
Are you running PHP 5.6 (the recommended version for WP)?

Hi, thank’s for reply.
Yes, the current PHP Version is 5.6.24.
The Excel export also has these requirements: https://github.com/box/spout#requirements
