Weird problem when adding shortcode

    So I have installed multiple client carousels plugins to test.

    Each time I put the shortcode on the page I want, the GET A QUOTE form shows. Any idea why this is? The website is at 360automation.co.nz, below the client carosuel is a random get a quote form, but all that is inserted in the shortcode [tc-logo-slider]. If I remove the shortcode, the form disappears.

    Any ideas, would appreciate any help
