I’ve installed it. I can only see 3 column’s when I submit my post via your plugin which are “Submission”, “Contact Form” and “Date”. I want to display for example [full-name], [phone-number] just like on your screenshots. Where do I enable that or is there a piece of code I could use to add it on the plugin?
