Text overlaps and doesn’t slide anymore

This used to work perfectly. Now it doesn’t. I didn’t do anything other than upgrade WP to 4.6.1 … and to upgrade the plugin to the latest version.

If you go to http://davidjaygoldman.com/individual-therapy/, you will see quotes on the top of the right sidebar. Wait 15 seconds and you will see the next quote. But instead of sliding away the old quote, it just comes up on top of it.

Also, on mobile, you can’t swipe.

Any suggestions?
Thanks!
