    Hi,
    this is likely an issue with one of several of your Wordfence tables being broken. Make sure the database user WordPress is using has correct privileges (you can see this on the Wordfence Diagnostics page). You may need to delete Wordfence tables and reinstall them to get this fixed. On the Wordfence Diagnostics page there may be a link to your servers error logs. If so you can also inspect that error log to verify if there are issues with the database tables.
