    The only thing i can imagine is that an other plugin has put css code that makes the fields invisible.
    Try de-activating other plugins ( recently added ) to see if you can find it.

    If you can give me access to see this page live, i can troubleshoot on it.

    The problem is not with the administrator account, it presents you with all the other

    Its a bug, will be fixed today in 6.5.09.
