• Hello

I had some strange things on my subdomain that “Ultimate Member” is active like when I searched a user with blablabla@yahoo.com I was directed to yahoo.com but for two days I am reciveing “500 Internal server error” and as I discovered “Paid Memberships Pro” has a conflict with “Ultimate Member” plugin. What should I do now?

and when I deactive the “Paid Membership Pro” or “Ultimate Member” everything becomes OK.

Thanks for your attention and help.

    Best

Maybe it looks ridiculous but I have 4 plugins and I was suspended to 3 of them but the ridiculous thing is that when I changed the language of my website from “Persian” to “English” I do not see any “Internal server Error” and all of my plugins are working great.

Can it be because of translation?
What should I do to solve it?

If your UM site works in English never worked in Persian, then please seek the help of a Persian speaking web developer.

    Thanks.

    Hi @salamzaban,

This looks like a server-side issue. Please contact your hosting provider for further assistance.

    Thanks.

Thanks for your attention and answers but can you believe it that this problem that annoyed me for months was just because of forgetting to remove the temp and cache in UM dashboard?

It was like a nightmare. You even did not point to it to remove the temp files. 🙂

Maybe this help other people in future.

    Thanks.
