I am currently running the sela theme on nourishyourlife.org. My reading settings are set for static page- front page welcome and posts page blog. The short code is on the blog page… and the formatting for my posts are still formatted as default.

My intention is to create categories for my recipes section and my news section and apply the category links to the menu… so they all have the blog, recipes and news all have the same nice, styled design… I know it’s a round about way of achieving this but I am NOT a developer.

Is this possible?

We have checked your backend settings under Reading panel.

Please check this screenshot to live your blog page with Blog Designer plugin – https://www.solwininfotech.com/documents/wordpress/blogdesigner-lite/images/blog-page-design.png

If you are looking for same design for blog, news and recipes category page then you have to move with PRO version.. Lite version only provide design with any single page where you can filter posts by category.
