Can’t login through my website

somebody accidentally logged out from the the admin for my blog page, therefore i no linger have the “edit this page” option when i’m on the site.

i cannot for the life of me find where to log on as administrator from the wordpress.org site so that i can get onto my dashboard. it’s been months since i’ve had to do this. also, i have no idea what my username and password is anymore. and i can’t find way to contact wordpress.org to get this resolved. really in a bind here. anybody know how to talk to somebody directly from .org?
