Hi Mich, I just tested your code above and it pops up in my testing site. So I can confirm that the shortcode above does popup.
You might have a conflict with a plugin or your theme. Deactivate all your other plugins except this one and then carry out a test. If that does not work can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fifteen or Sixteen?

Hi, thanks for checking. It seems that there’s a compatibility issue with another plugin that is currently installed in our site. I deactivated it and the pop-up is now working.
