Contact form fields not changing

Hi,

I’m trying to remove the website and phone field from the inbuilt contact form, but every time I untick the boxes and press save nothing changes and the boxes remain ticked. I’ve only noticed this problem recently so it could be a change in an update.

I’ve looked at the ‘Nothing happens when I make changes’ section of your troubleshooting but that doesn’t help. I also tried to submit a request to your website but it wouldn’t send it for some reason.
