Doc Attachment buttons stopped working

I use the document attachment buttons and have made no changes to the site in at least 2 weeks. When someone attached docs to the contact form, it just sits and spins and will not send. Checked support and see one article about this, but no idea how to implement. Was working just fine until about an hour ago. It seems others are having this issue, too.
