Outgoing Links converted into HTTPS automatically

My wordpress website is in SSL / https version. Now, the problem i am facing is, when i tried to put outgoing links from my article to other website with non https, the links automatically converted into https. the link is in http but generates in https when clicked. can someone help me with this?

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

so does it means its not in the part of the ssl?

Hello, i need help. can you please tell me why some of my outgoing links have automatically become https? i put some links on my post to a different website which has no https and it automatically posted as https.

example, this one link. this is in http only

and when i saved it, this becomes https

How are you entering the links?

If you enter a link with ALL PLUGINS DISABLED does it still happen?

yes, i think my https settings is forcing all the links from http into https but i dunno how to edit it

did you disable all plugins and switch to the twentysixteen theme and then try to enter an http:// link?
